Our pretzels are made with all-natural ingredients, fully baked and buttered, and then flash frozen to perfectly preserve their freshness. Baking, microwaving, or air frying them from a frozen state releases the butter and creates a crispy edge for a delicious treat​​.
Our pretzels are crafted with only 7 ingredients: flour, water, butter, brown sugar, baking soda, yeast, and salt. These ingredients are all-natural, ensuring a deliciously pure and wholesome flavor in every bite.
Absolutely! We support fundraising efforts with our FundTracâ„¢ software, making it fun and easy to raise funds with our pretzels for schools, sports teams, and more. And we even offer a 50% discount to non-profits who conduct fundraisers with our soft pretzels! Shipping
We ship orders each week on Mondays and Tuesdays! You should expect a 2-3 day delivery time once your order has been shipped. Once you place your order you will receive emails with tracking information and details as your order is processed.
Pretzels need to be delivered in 2 days to ensure best quality. Most addresses will ship free if they qualify for 2nd day ground. If your address is beyond 2nd day ground then we can not absorb the expense and will charge any additional shipping cost.
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to stay updated on your status.
Our pretzels are shipped frozen with dry ice to ensure they stay fresh during transit. Please handle the dry ice with care and put the pretzels immediately into the freezer upon delivery for peak freshness.
Although your pretzels are still safe to eat, thawing during transit may affect the taste of your pretzels. Please contact us so that we can understand what happened and assist you further.
All sales at Plum Creek Foods are final. Due to the perishable nature of our frozen soft pretzels, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. We pack our pretzels with dry ice to ensure they maintain their quality and freshness during transit.
