- Bake the frozen soft pretzel nuggets according to the package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully browned. Drain excess grease.
- Remove the beef from heat and stir in the bacon, cheese, pickles (if using), ketchup, and mustard until well combined.
- Carefully slice each pretzel nugget halfway through to create a pocket (do not cut all the way through).
- Spoon a small amount of the cheeseburger mixture into each pretzel pocket.
- Return the stuffed nuggets to a 350°F oven for 3–5 minutes, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy grabbing.
Notes
Make-ahead tip: Cook the beef mixture in advance and refrigerate. Stuff and warm the pretzels just before serving. For extra heat, add diced jalapeños to the filling.
